With 25+ years of experience driving transformational change across diverse industries, Seema is the Founder and CEO of ForeOptics, a boutique management consultancy specializing in complex transformations and operational turnarounds. Her expertise spans a wide range of leadership roles, including CTO, COO, CSO, and Board Director for Aerospace and Defense and Renewable Energy companies where she has consistently delivered significant performance improvements for her clients.

Since the founding of ForeOptics in 2012, she has partnered with public and private corporations, as well as private equity portfolio companies, to unlock business value. ForeOptics’ work has led to a 15%+ improvement in customer delivery, a 25%+ reduction in working capital, and a 35%+ EBITDA growth.

Key achievements include:

  • As Chief Transformation Officer, led the operational turnaround of a distressed aerospace and defense manufacturer, resulting in a 100% EBITDA expansion and 75% improvement in Inventory Turns.
  • Established a global supply chain operations capability for a Blackstone Aerospace & Defense portfolio roll-up, positioning the company competitively for a $300M military contract award.

Before founding ForeOptics, Seema held senior leadership roles at Honeywell, where she led the transformation of supply chain operations across 94 global manufacturing sites and 3 distribution centers, 5000+ direct material suppliers. Her efforts resulted in substantial cost savings, inventory reductions, and improvements in supplier performance.

Giving back to the community is a consistent motivating theme in her professional and personal life. Seema is an investor and board advisor to early-stage startups and also a mentor for woman- and minority-owned businesses. Helping women and youth with personal growth is important to her. As a certified yoga and meditation teacher, Seema regularly volunteers with various non-profit organizations to help individuals with their life transitions.

Nu Chareunrath is a passionate and experienced CFO dedicated to helping startups and medium-sized businesses thrive. With over a decade of experience in financial management, Nu has been providing expert guidance to clients since 2010 and has served as a CFO for the past four years. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Management, which she leverages to bring strategic insight and financial acumen to each client engagement. Nu is committed to empowering businesses to achieve their financial goals and build sustainable growth.

Michael Kapusta is a seasoned technology business executive with over 25 years of experience in driving corporate growth, revenue, and profitability through customer-driven and solutions-focused strategies. With a strong foundation in management consulting, sales management, and strategic business planning, Mr. Kapusta has a proven track record of linking customer needs to cutting-edge technical solutions across various industries.

Throughout Michael’s career, he has excelled in sales, service delivery and operations management, leveraging cross-functional expertise to exceed business objectives.

As the Vice President, Managed services at ForeOptics, Michael plays a pivotal role in developing products and delivering managed services, to companies in aerospace and defense, manufacturing, IT, and renewable energy.

With a deep understanding of competitive marketplace research, market development, and strategic alliances, Michael is committed to delivering innovative solutions that enhance revenue, customer stickiness, and long-term business success.

Justin Dye is a strategic leader with a proven track record of driving market-leading growth through analytics, balanced risk management, and operational excellence. With global experience spanning Defense and Space, Aerospace, Transportation, and Hi-Tech industries, Justin possesses expertise in product management, advanced analytics, and supply chain disciplines.

With ForeOptics, Justin serves as VP of Analytics, where he is leading development of the ForeOptics DAM Suite, a risk and resilience portfolio for supply chains. Previously, he held leadership roles at Intel and Honeywell, driving revenue growth, cost savings, and process improvements through analytics and digital transformation initiatives for compliance, supply chain, pricing and business team functions.

With a strong background in strategic planning, process optimization,  Justin is dedicated to driving business growth through data-driven insights and operational excellence.

An experienced professional with a robust background in business improvement, Joshua specializes in process analysis, demand forecasting, strategic planning, inventory management, and end-to-end supply chain management across various industries. His career highlights include significant roles in consulting and leadership positions where they have demonstrated expertise in diagnosing process deficiencies, designing solutions, and implementing improvements.

Currently the Vice President of Supply Chain Solutions at ForeOptics, Joshua leads transformative projects in diverse sectors including Aerospace and Defense, Medical Device, CPG, High Tech, and Renewable Energy. Notable achievements include enhancing customer service by 5-10%, doubling inventory turns and increasing EBITDA by 20% through effective operational improvements and strategic planning.

Previously, as Senior Director at CR Bard Peripheral Vascular, Joshua oversaw all end-to-end supply chain activities for a $1B division and managed $130M inventory, consistently achieving high customer ratings, successfully launching over 20 new medical devices, and seamlessly integrating acquired businesses into Supply Chain and Operations. Joshua’s leadership in supply chain project management and team development earned the division the “Supply Chain Team of the Year” award for three consecutive years and earned Joshua the Charles Russell Bard Award for outstanding corporate contributions.

Earlier roles at Honeywell Aerospace involved developing tools and processes to reduce inventory and improve forecast accuracy. Joshua’s work focused on designing and implementing strategic planning processes and policies including a global Aerospace SIOP process, earning the Aerospace President’s award. His efforts during the 2008-2009 economic downturn were crucial in mitigating revenue loss and improving operational efficiency.

With certifications in Six Sigma and a passion for local and international community service, including volunteer work with organizations like the United States Peace Corps and International Red Cross, Joshua brings a well-rounded, impactful approach to improving business operations and supporting global initiatives.
