She has led multiple successful turnarounds and operational improvements, including doubling EBITDA for a distressed aerospace manufacturer and establishing a global supply chain capability for a Blackstone portfolio company.

Under Seema’s leadership since 2012, ForeOptics has partnered with public and private corporations to achieve a 15%+ improvement in customer delivery, a 25%+ reduction in working capital, and a 35%+ EBITDA growth.

Seema is also a dedicated community leader, advising early-stage startups, mentoring women- and minority-owned businesses, and volunteering with non-profits as a certified yoga and meditation teacher.

Nu Chareunrath is the Chief Financial Officer of ForeOptics, with a passion for helping startups and medium-sized businesses achieve sustainable growth. With over a decade of experience in financial management, Nu has been providing strategic financial guidance to her clients since 2010 and has served as a CFO for the past four years.

Nu brings a deep understanding of financial strategy and operational efficiency, backed by her Bachelor of Science in Management. She is dedicated to empowering businesses to meet their financial objectives, fostering sustainable growth through sound financial practices and strategic insight.

Michael Kapusta is the Vice President of Managed Services at ForeOptics, bringing over 25 years of experience in driving corporate growth and profitability through customer-centric and solutions-focused strategies. His background spans management consulting, sales management, and strategic business planning, with a proven track record of aligning customer needs with innovative technical solutions.

At ForeOptics, Michael leads the development and delivery of managed services, supporting clients in aerospace and defense, manufacturing, IT, and renewable energy. He leverages his expertise in market development, competitive analysis, and strategic alliances to provide innovative solutions that drive revenue growth, enhance customer engagement, and achieve long-term success.

Justin Dye is the Vice President of Supply Chain Analytics at ForeOptics, with a proven track record of driving market-leading growth through analytics, risk management, and operational excellence. With global experience across Defense and Space, Aerospace, Transportation, and Hi-Tech industries, Justin brings deep expertise in product management, advanced analytics, and supply chain disciplines.

At ForeOptics, Justin leads the development of the ForeOptics DAM Suite, a comprehensive risk and resilience portfolio for supply chains. Before joining ForeOptics, he held leadership roles at Intel and Honeywell, where he drove revenue growth, cost savings, and process improvements through analytics and digital transformation initiatives in compliance, supply chain, pricing, and business functions.

Joshua McDonough is the Vice President of Supply Chain Solutions at ForeOptics, with over 25 years of experience in business improvement through process analysis, demand forecasting, strategic planning, inventory management, and supply chain management. His career includes significant roles in consulting and leadership, diagnosing process deficiencies, designing solutions, and implementing improvements.

At ForeOptics, Joshua leads transformative projects in Aerospace, Defense, Medical Device, CPG, High Tech, and Renewable Energy sectors. He has enhanced customer service by 5-10%, doubled inventory turns, and increased EBITDA by 20% through effective operational improvements, strategic planning, and guiding tactical day-to-day execution.

Lakshmi Natarajan is the Vice President of Change Management at ForeOptics, and a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience in consulting and leadership working with Fortune 500 companies (American Express, Accenture, GSK, Compass), numerous clients, and startups. She has a proven track record in sectors like financial services, hospitality, life sciences, and technology.  Her expertise includes empowering leadership, optimizing profit margins, and managing global transformation programs.

At ForeOptics, Lakshmi leads client transformation initiatives defining the change management strategy and framework, assessing capabilities, diagnosing the impact and ways of working, defining engagement strategies for stakeholders/customers, and measuring the outcomes driving continuous improvement.
